Press-On Nail Return Policy
Thank you for choosing our press-on nails! We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. Please review our return policy below for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- The press-on nails are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging and up to 14 days from the delivery date.
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- You received the wrong item or size.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used press-on nails.
- Customized or personalized press-on nail sets.
- Products purchased during final sale or promotional events (unless defective).
3. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
Contact Us: Email our customer service team at themiraque@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos (e.g., damaged or defective items).
Approval: Once your request is approved, we will provide a return authorization number and instructions.
Ship Back: Package the unused, unopened product securely and include the return authorization number. Ship it to the address provided.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds: If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges: If you need a different size or style, we will ship the replacement item once the original product is received and inspected.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your press-on nails arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
6. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
